About the SSSTS-Classroom Course

This course is endorsed by the United Kingdom Contractors Group (UKCG) as the standard training for all supervisors working on UKCG sites. Suitable for those who have or who are about to acquire supervisory responsibilities. This is a two-day course that introduces site supervisors to their legal responsibilities regarding health, safety, welfare, and environmental issues.

SSSTS Course Syllabus

The training course will cover the following topics: –

Supervision of occupational health
Behavioural safety

Course Pre-Requisites

The minimum entry requirement for the course is a good understanding of spoken and written English. If you have any concerns in this area, please call us on 01322630280

Accreditation & Recognition

This training course is accredited by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and recognised as meeting the required standard for all supervisors working on BUILDUK sites.

Successful completion of the SSSTS course will result in the award of a CITB Construction Skills Certificate of Training which will remain valid for a period of 5 years. Before the five year period expires you will need to undertake a SSSTS Refresher in order to maintain your certification.
